These web

To go to different pages or items, click on related Tabs
at the Top Row or desired Menu items along the Right border.
To view documents in Vietnamese Unicode, you may need the Updated fonts Times New Roman,
Arial, Courier New, Tahoma, or Verdana installed on your system. You can go to
our 'Archive page' on this website or http://www.vps.org/rubrique.php3?id_rubrique=73
to download the latest versions of these fonts, as the older versions, which are not fully
Unicode compliant, would display questions marks (?) or squares for unsupported
characters. There may be an expected download time of several minutes. After installing
the above fonts, go to Tools menu of your IE browser and Options to select the required
Fonts - e.g. Times New Roman and Courier New, then go to View menu to
select Encoding, Unicode if necessary. Some other documents are available as Adobe Acrobat
PDF files. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view these PDF
files. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available free of charge at http://www.adobe.com.
